Today, Governor Pete Ricketts released the twelfth episode of "The Nebraska Way" featuring Lincoln Premium Poultry (Costco) External Affairs Director Jessica Kolterman. During this episode, Jessica discusses growing up in Seward, the importance of civic involvement, and Costco's historic poultry investment that is creating opportunities for over a hundred farm families.

Jessica Kolterman was born and raised in Seward, Nebraska. The Koltermans are well known in Seward County for their dedication to their community that has been prevalent in their family for generations. Her father is currently the State Senator for District 24 which includes Seward, York, and Polk Counties. Clark, her uncle, is Mr. Fourth of July, the most important holiday in Seward. Jessica has continued her family's community service by being active in her church, working on local economic development issues, serving on the city council, and attending community events year round. Jessica currently handles Corporate and External Affairs for Lincoln Premium Poultry, which is Costco Wholesale's poultry supplier.
